Not so much   Mucle weighs more then fat...I work out and am in good shape and according to this I need to loose 10pounds. I may try five but anymore then that would be unhealthy unless I stopped working out.

Works for me   I am 5'7 weighing 140 lbs...Program was right on. Although I do not understand why the 'age' is not taken into account.

Meh..   It's alright for small to medium built WOMEN. My husband would look like a crack head if he weighed 160lbs!! (I looked great at 160, but it says I was overweight. ) It needs small, medium, large settings.

Lame   This app is unfair. " works best if over 5 ft " ......BS and should include age as well or else it's pretty useless

Helpful   It should calculate hight for smaller than 5 feet tall. And count age. But a good reference tool for if you need to gain weight.

Wt heck?   Things this app should take into account (and doesn't);
• age
• Body type
For example, i'm overweight but i'm also a stocky build. Based on the tiny bit of info this app collects, i should be 120lb lighter. Not only is that next to impossible for someone built like me, it's unhealthy to think thats a good number. I got this app because i wanted to get an idea of a goal i should set to lose weight, but with that kind of recommendation, i feel like most people would give up half way thenfeel even worae about themselves

Inaccurate   My "ideal" would be way too skinny according to this!
Could lose 15-20 lbs max. Not 70.

Needs more   This app gives me different ideal weight numbers every time I use it. Would be better if it included body fat % calculator and waist to hip ratio calculator. Needs update badly.

Works... just not a lot here   Not a bad app, just not a lot to it. Instead of downloading and running the program, it would almost be as easy to just search on the Internet unless you plan to continue to use the app while you are dieting or something like that. The only problem with that is the advice will never change since it gives you an ideal weight for your gender and height. The only thing that would change is BMI. SO, if you want to keep watching your BMI, this is a good app... especially since it is free. It would be a great app if they added weight tracking, possibly show the history of your BMI.
