Burning Tires™ is a racing game in a class of its own: There are no asphalt streets, no normal cars and definitely no consideration among the competitors in Burning Tires™.

This is it? Waste of the touch's potential Most racing games i've played have used the full potential of the Ipod Touch. The accelerometer really makes it more like steering than any other game i've ever played. UNTIL THIS! seriously? No acceleration, just too stinking buttons. .right. . left. . .wow. You shouldn't even need buttons to steer on a touch. it's like whoever made this game missed the entire point on why Ipod Touch games are quickly becomming the best handheld video games. there is so much potential for button placement and movement response. . and this game missed the mark on all of them. And it's as painfully slow as old ladies racing in mud. wow.

Good Baseline Needs some work before I would pay for it.
1. Steering sensitivity seems to vary depending on track you play.
2. Should add a turbo boost or at least allow you to cut corners to catch up.
Good game though. Hell it's cool for free. :)

Good Lite Version Allright so it doesn't have any powerups, boosters, etc. But I'm hoping the full version has a little more something to it. Mostly its driving around two tracks (Heatwave and Inferno) which were very easy to maneuver.You can slip/slid around corners somewhat and if not careful get crossed up and find yourself facing the other way, seems like you can't go off the track either. Other cars will bump you but doesn't seem to effect your car any. Names of cars are cool and car graphics are good too. You can unlock these cars as you progress through the tracks (in the full version). Has a nice little dity of a tune. Its in the genre of Cro-Mag, Crash Bandicoot NK but easier, in this lite version anyway. Looks good but will wait till others buy the full version to see if its got more to it

Don't listen To the bad reviews, they just don't like the steering. The steering is great when you use touch control. Use that and you'll be fine. The really bad part of the game is you get only 2 levels and 1 car. Overall though the game is kinda amusing.

This is a demo! You sniveling mamas boys!?
This has superb graphics, excellent controls, and a very fitting soundtrack. The full version is packed full of tracks and vehicles that are unlockable.
If you don't understand the word "lite", or if you cannot even spell simple words( that's 97% of these so called reviewers) then please don't continue trying to leave uneducated and uninformed frivolous rants. We all can tell that you must be little 14 year old boys whose momma won't buy them an iTunes gift card, so they can only d/l free trials of games. Then said pimple faced, douche flossers pretend they are entitled to berate the developers( feeble attempts mind you) as if they weren't satisfied by the demo they had to take time away from their Dungeons & Dragons character sheet to download.
Jeez, I never would have thought you sh!tbags would be the ones who represent iDevice users world-wide.
I'm embarrassed to own a iPhone, let me at that Palm Pre!

Alright Alright this game isn't bad! It's not exellent but it's not bad. It's worth downloading. One suggestion is to, make steering a little easier. That's really it! Otherwise great game! Download it I mean it's free! Can't ask for better price!=) at least try.

hAPPy APP Reviews This app has pretty good car graphics. And pretty bad surrounding graphics. You can see that pretty well in the screenshots. The car does race pretty well, but you can't go off the road. You pretty much reach the side of the road, and there is like an invisible wall. You just slow down. I don't think that's very realistic. Otherwise, this is a pretty fun app.
