If you like the app and want to continue to use it for the foreseeable future, make sure you have it installed on your devices and have transferred it into iTunes so you can reinstall it if something happens and you have to replace your iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch.
Have you been disappointed with the other to-do list programs out there and surprised that one didn't come bundled with the iPhone OS? Well, look no further. To Do's 2.0 is a convenient and easy way to manage your to-do list. It provides for three priority settings for each task: high, normal, and low. High priority tasks appear in red, normal appear in orange, and low appear in black. The left side of the main screen shows a check box that allows you to easily see whether or not a task has been completed. Tapping the blue arrow icon on the right side of the cell bring us an editable detail view. From there, any and all information for that particular task can be changed if needed. As a bonus feature, the number of unfinished tasks is displayed in the application badge on SpringBoard's homepage. This behavior is switchable between showing just the incomplete high priority tasks and showing all incomplete tasks.
When the program is first installed, the default settings include having the icon badge turned off. This is easily switched back to on by accessing the settings screen by tapping the info button on the bottom bar of the program.
Version 2.0 of To Do's adds in the ability to customize the behavior of the icon badge, as well as a thrid priority level. You can also tell the program that you want to turn auto sort off, that way you can manually re-order the list yourself. The user interface has also been updated to make the program more user friendly.

Needs date info I like the basic way the programs works, but it doesn't have a date function. It's no good to me without that. You can't schedule a to do for the future. It's a good list application, but that's all.

Simple and to the point I had looked at other To-Do apps before I found this (Remember the Milk included), although it does not have that many features, it does what it's supposed to do. It also works without having to deal with all of the syncing stuff that comes with apps like RTM. Until Apple adds in the ability to sync Notes and To-Do's from Mail this does everything I want. The lack of syncing is not a big deal because as a college student, I'm usually on the go so syncing would just be another piece to deal with in getting the app to work. Considering that most others have pointed out that RTM is only free for a short time and then requires you to spend $25 for a Pro account, this will give you the essential tools without any of the other issues. RTM is OK, but if you don't want anything to get in the way, this is the app to buy.

Simplicity at it's finest I have downloaded approx. 30+ apps from iTunes but till now don't feel the need to write a review, till now. 4 of the apps I've downloaded have been "to do programs" (one that cost $9.99). This was exacty what I was looking for from the start. Very simple to use, no due date and a bubble on the icon that reminds me to look at it once in a while. If you want simple app. with out alot of the fluff you won't use, this is the app.

Useful, but I have ideas I like this app alot. I use it mainly as an agenda to record my college assignments. Although, I have several suggestions to make it more user-friendly.1. It would be nice to have an icon showing on the front of the app (like the one they have for high priority tasks), that show how many normal tasks you have left (maybe in a different color)2. Button to expand a task and view all the of details of that task without editing3. Ability to re-organize list4. Ability to create separate sub-tasks under a title that you can check off separately, then when all items under the title are checked and completed, then the title itself containing the sub-tasks will be checked (kind of like a folder). Doing this would make it easier and less time consuming to create a grocery list without having to input each item separately.5. Ability to add due dates6. Option to sync list with iphone or ipod touch calendar.7. Ability to edit "To Do title" without having to re-type the whole title.8. Lastly, if possible, make this app more attractive.Don't get me wrong, I think this app is useful. Good, but needs to be polished I like the simple interface, but there are some simple features that need to be added and some quirks to sort out.
One issue I had was not being able to read the entire note I had written about a task when the note was longer than a few words. As far as I can tell, there is no way to edit the contents of a task once it is created (there is an edit button, but it only brings up the option to delete tasks).
The app has been very stable for me, and the interface is simple but effective. I look forward to future updates that address some of the above issues. - To Do's review by raddar2213

Deleted "ToDo" muy pronto I lost my digital audio recorder (where I kept my "to-do" list in audio") so I thought I'd give "To Do's" a try for my iPhone 3G. I was VERY disappointed and deleted it from my iPhone.Problems I found#1. It isn't very user friendly. #2. Most of the really WONDERFUL apps I've installed on my iPhone DO NOT REQUIRE that you "sign-in" on line and register. I'm very turned off by those like "To Do" who force you to do this in order to "harvest" personal information. #3. The app "Notes" that comes from Apple and is already installed on my iPhone is much easier to use, faster for me to access and there is basically no learning curve. By using "Notes" already on my iPhone 3G (and removing "ToDo") I am freeing up some space on my iPhone.Please don't let my opinion discourage you from downloading this application. You might actually LOVE it, but for me, I need something that works fast, doesn't ask me who I am (or require siging up for an account) and Apple's notes works fine for what I need. - To Do's review by My Name Is Roy

Very Nice I like it-- it is very simple and to the point, looks nice, has check marks... I especially love having only two priority ratings, and task notes! Thanks for offering this as a free app!There are several things that would be nice to add, you've probably heard them all before (pretty general ones), so i'll just ask / mention one:It would be very cool (so cool I would probably pay a few bucks), to have ' sub To-Do's ' for managing larger tasks. --(only one level of recursion, w/ or w/o notes.) Excellent! One app suggestion....Maybe its just me, but I have a real hard time getting the Right Hand arrow to allow me to edit the task. I have found it!! I've seen a bunch of the other apps and this one is the simplest and most straight forward...
I would say that the following would make it much better:
• Greying out of completed tasks OR strikethrough
• Ability to add categories OR different lists
I would consider that these would make it much better. Other than that
