ACC Pocket Guidelines - Skyscape
This clinical practice support tool set from the American College of Cardiology Foundation provides concise, portable reference tools for the busy clinician. Pocket Guideline material is adapted and enhanced for the iPhone and iPod Touch from the full text version of ACC/AHA Practice Guidelines. It also includes the Transthoracic and Transesophageal Echocardiography (TTE/TEE) Appropriateness Criteria Tool which provides a quick reference list of common appropriate and inappropriate uses of echocardiography and an innovative decision support application that helps guide physicians in the ordering of SPECT MPI for the detection and risk assessment of coronary artery disease. Priceless! This app downloads and installs the ACC guidelines in the Skyscape portal which is probably the best app that is out there. It is nice to have all your books in one place and have them SmartLink.Not only is it valuable resource but it is FREE! Really Really FREE unlike some other "Free" apps out there :)

Great free app for Cardiologists The ACC guidelines are wonderful to have on the iPhone. Thank you Skyscape and ACC for making this available. I can check quickly during rounds and don't need wireless access in the hospital since the guidelines are downloaded and stored on my iPhone. I have a colleague who downloaded it on her iPod Touch. Works great.

Valuable Pocket Guides from Am College of Cardiology This is very handy. I always lose the paper guides mailed by ACC. Excited to find the iPhone version. Works well with other skyscape products through linking. Having guidelines is handy. Found the interface to be snappy and quick!I am also impressed by skyscape's portfolio for cardiologists. (Thank you ACC and Skyscape for coming up with this free version, although I wouldn't have minded paying a nominal amoun because of the conveniencet!)
