Authentication Error In order for this application to work, you need to have an account with citi.com, which you would only have if you have a checking or savings account with Citi. If you only have a credit card with Citi, you likely have an account with citicards.com (which is different than citi.com). If you try retrieving an activation code from citicards.com, the one you will receive is incompatible with this application. Citi appears to be aware of the problem and will issue an update once it has been fixed.

Way to go Citi !! I have been using Citibank online with the iPhone since day 1 with minimal to no issues even pulled check images during a tax appointment. This custom app for the iPhone is amazing just keep adding more features. Thanks Citi - hope the govt doesn't slow new technology in the future.

This application for Itouch This application is pretty sweet but it does not help people who own the ITouch rather than the IPhone. I think it would be very helpful if this application could be use on ITouch so that both IPhone and ITouch owners can visit their Citibank account on the go. This would personally help me a lot.

Excellent mobile banking app, but you need to set it up right I am a Citi banker for a long time and an iPhone user since Day 3 of the 1st generation iPhone, so this app is obviously welcome on my phone. With that, it's an absolutely well thought out app and it's very useful for checking balances, transfers, paying bills, etc. I will say that I understand where the frustration lies for the people who have had trouble in setting it up but here's the trick: YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A TELEPHONE ACCESS CODE SETUP PRIOR TO INSTALLING THIS APP. SET IT UP ON THE CITI SITE UNDER THE MOBILE BANKING TABS IN SUPPORT. Then, you can login with your access code (which is really the telephone access code). Once you have that working, you're good to go.

Finally!!! i have been waiting for this app for the longest time! the citibank website always took forever to load on the iphone, even on wifi. Now with this app banking will be fast and easy! Thus far i have had no problems. Set up was easy, the interface is great and safe. I hope this experience continues in the future!

Thank goodness! Considering the other isues on Citi's plate, I'm glad they made the effort to put this app together. I had a feeling it would be much longer before it arrived. Now that it is here, I'm really happy to have the touch and go access to my accounts and not have to rely on pinching/zooming on the site.

The best mobile banking application Compare this app to AT&T mobile banking app, I couldn't find detail credit card information on this application (payment due date, reward point, account history, etc).
