Pretty worthless Not designed with the iphone user in mind-- too much backspacing and scrolling. No explanation of some of the fields. Why would I need to calculate my current mortgage payments into this equation unless I were buying a second property? Nonsense!

Good app Pretty nice.
Two suggestions.
-remove the zeros automaticaly when numbers are entered. Quite annoying to delete them.
-allow comparison between two situations.

Read Again Please read the 1st review again. What I don't like is the fact it uses 35% of the borrowers gross income for a max house payment. Lenders still can use 45% if not more (not that I suggest they do). I do not want to discourage future homeowners from purchasing a home thinking they cannot buy a home if they are limited to 35% of income. There are many other factors involved including disposable income, credit, etc. I am not sure why you questioned me being in the biz but whatever. It's not a mortgage calculator. This is a digital underwriter that still has no use. You can't adjust the dti and even if you could I still would never use this. All in all I was looking for something that was a calculator that was quick easy and straight to the point. I'm a broker and I don't know when anyone would ever use this. Does the math When an application launches, does not freeze my iPhone, and does something for free, it gets two stars. If it's easy to use add another star. If it actually does the task I wanted it to do, add another. If it does more than what I expected, add another star. Come on people, it's free! Somebody spent days or weeks making this app and getting Apple to post it and they are giving it away. Yes it would be nice to add insurance and taxes and have the entry button on the right hand side. Then I would give it five stars. If I paid for this app, it would get one or two stars, but I didn't. Hope the next version adds the features I mentioned.
