Hold’em Blitz is a skill-based card game that combines the scoring rules of poker with very different playing rules. To win at this game you need skill to pick both the right cards for your hand and the right strategy to make sure your opponents don’t build a better hand! The “not just addictive” but “scary addictive” game that won the IGN Editors’ Choice award on other mobile platforms has been updated and vastly improved and can now be played on your iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. Learn the gameplay mechanics through the free version’s interactive tutorial. After you’ve played through the tutorial hand, take on two computer-controlled opponents and try to score as many points as you can in four hands. Upgrade to the full version to take your skills to a whole new level, along with: • Tournament Games: Challenge yourself to advance through six levels of computer-controlled opponents in no more than ten minutes. Earn bonus points for the amount of time to spare, but lose points for each hand lost. • High Scores: Record your ten best tournament game scores. • Save/Restore: Save up to ten tournament games in progress and resume playing any one of them at a later date. • Practice Games: Improve your skills by playing against one to six opponents. Use the Backup capability to explore alternate strategies by “taking back” any moves in a hand. • Game History: Review information about every action made by every player while a tournament or practice game is active. Hold’em Blitz takes poker to a whole new level by adding the components of chess strategy and puzzle solving: It’s poker with a twist!
