Please note: Before you can record your water intake, you need to setup your containers in the Settings section. There has apparently been some confusion about this step and some people are assuming the app is broken and are giving negative reviews.
WaterWorks is a tracking application to assist you in monitoring the amount of water you drink on day-to-day basis. You can add custom containers and their sizes (in ounces, Liters, mL, or gallons) to match your real life containers as well as set daily goals that help you keep track of your progress. With WaterWorks, you can:
* Setup your own containers and their sizes (in ounces, Liters, mL, or Gallons) * Set daily goals for water intake * View your water intake history and goal progression. The bottle on the Home view fills up as you go * View your overall statistics since using the application * Feel better about yourself for getting enough water throughout the day!

Other measurements units?   I bought this because it is important for me to drink 2 liters of water per day.So, the idea is nice, and it helps to have this kind of application. But why can't I chose other measurement units? Like liter, ml and so on.I live in Europe and I do not know how many ml has an oz, so for me I have to think twice all the time :)So, guys, if you work on this a little more, it would be great
P.S. Later edit: you receive 5 star for the latest updates! great app, highly recommended!

Great App!   Does exactly what it says it will, but could be made more user friendly with a few small adjustments.
1. As a previous review stated, give us a visual graphic of how much water we have drank, its much more motivating. I love the idea of filling/emptying the water jug that is on the startup screen, perhaps with the percentage drank or % left to drink next to the fill mark on the bottle.
2. I would like a record of each drink recorded for the day, that way if I mess up recording one, I can delete it vs. the way it is now where you have to delete the drinks for the whole day.
3. As it is now, the last amount of water you record stays "active" on the home screen, so you could accidentally hit record. It should be set up so that after you record your drink, the "record" button should turn red or grey indicating you can't record another amount until a new drink is selected.
Fix these minor issues and I will give you 5 stars!! As it is, it is a wonderful app that motivates me to drink more water!! And you can't put a price on that!!

Excellent, Worth every penny!!   I use this app everyday. Very useful for those who want to track their water intake. Selection of container sizes (once you setup your favorites) is quick and easy. The latest update allows you to make entries you might have forgotten to record for past days. Customer service is great too!!

Nice   I think 99 cents is a more realistic price to offer but overall it does what it says..... Track water intake.

Very Useful App!   I use this app every day to track my water intake. It's great! It beats using paper and tick-marks like I was doing before this app. I didn't think I would use the History or Stats features, but they've come in handy a couple of times. Great app. Highly recommended for anyone who wants or needs to track how much water they drink in a day.

Simple, Clean App   This app has a simple, clean interface. The ability to add custom-sized water containers is nice, but I wish it permitted decimals. I drink a couple 1.5 Liter bottles of Fiji water each day, but I have to input this as three 1 L entries because the app doesn't accept decimals or fractional sizes. I would think that it's pretty common for water bottles and other liquid containers to not come in perfect, whole numbers - right? Maybe a tip for the developer then...please add decimals and fractional sizes! :) It would also be cool to have a timer or alarm feature that could be set to remind you to drink water periodically throughout the day. Otherwise, it's a great app!

Excellent! Upgrades made a difference!   11/14/08-Quite possibly one of the best apps out there in the Healthcare & Fitness category! With the new updates it is so much more motivational when you SEE that you are half way through your daily suggested water consumption. Bravo David! This app is definately a keeper and a great tool for anyone dieting or watching their fluids intake. Does what it says, does it well, and at a great price. Get this app!!
