One of the best on the iphone! 1 player is fun and chalenging. 2 player is great. the interface is wonderful. clever gimmocks are implemented well, but the best part by far is the online play. it's smooth and flawless, and it is fast and easy to find another player. There's always someone to play with! do not listen to some of these reviewers, it is worth every penny, and is better than most $9.99 games out there now! Having am easy and accessable connect four game in my pocket is a dream come true!

Great game, love online play I am really enjoying this game. I just spent 40 min playing random people online. I can't believe how easily it all just works. This is the kind of apps the iPhone needs more of. Connect us, and let us play all over the world.

Great! Thanks for bring back the local wifi mode. Nice graphics, selection of more challenging levels and the wifi/Internet modes make this the best of its kind. I gladly paid .99 for this game without annoying ads.

Penalized I purchased this app when it was first released. Now I'm being penalized for my purchase because the developer has decided to release an ad driven free version. Because I supported this app at it's introduction, I am not allowed access to the latest version release. Yes, I could download the free version with ads, but why should I suffer with ad pop-ups when I paid for an ad free version? It seems the developer has little interest in his customers and is only concerned with the revenue dollars.

well thought out: love this game the fun of connect four with some of the classic functionality (like the sliding emptying).the best parts of this game are the online play EVEN ACROSS EDGE! and the chat features.i played my GF across the network on our iPhones and the connection is real.i am playing someone 3,000 miles away and the "hello" and "i've got to go" chats are nice touches.looking forward to their air hockey.

It's 10:00 and all's well
8/26 Update I installed the update and now as soon as I open the app, it crashes. I deleted it, but now I can't even reinstall it from the back up on my pc. So now, not only has my son lost his favorite game, I'm out three bucks! VERY unhappy customer.

Simply the Best Ever since this was a web app, I knew that Connect4 Touch (its first name if I recall correctly) would have a great potential as a real app. Now that it is one, there's much more to love about it. This is the by far the best electronic version of Connect Four EVER. If you don't want to shell out the money (which I don't see why not, it's worth every cent), you could get the free, ad-supported version.

Keeps getting better... The computer player keeps getting better and I find myself playing every day. Needs a "winner starts" (or loser starts) mode to complete the options and the ability to undo the last move (right now, the "undo" button changes to "reset" resulting in inadvertently resetting the game tally). While "4 in a Row" looks much better, this game is way faster and plays a really decent strategy.
