Worth a dollar I like the fact that this is just a simple yellow pages app that is well designed. The other one looks too complex to me. When I want yellow pages, I want yellow pages--not events. Great Yellow Pages App I've had this app since I got my iPhone, and I love it. It's earned a spot on my front page because it works as well as the yellow pages app widget on my iMac.This app returns local yellow pages results based on my current location, unlike the useless free one that gives me nationwide results. Who cares about pizza shops two thousand miles from home?It is unfortunate that tacky cheapskates gave this superb little app so many negative 'reviews' just because it isn't free. They were charging people for this? A lot of things wrong with this application but I'll point out the major ones.1.) No fast way to go back to the listing after you use the "Map" feature. The application uses iPhone Map so you have to exit out of Map and enter the program again.2.) Address and distance on the listing inaccurate. Listing would indicate a certain distance but when you map it (iPhone Map uses the provided address), you may get directions for another place on the other side of the city. 3.) Didn't like the "Add Phone Number" feature. I thought the button was there to add the listing to a favorite's list but instead added the listing to my Contact list without my permission!4.) Can't customize the favorite "categories" at the buttom (not yet I suppose). Gave it a two because it was free [for promotional testing]. Sorry, but I like this app. But what's the difference between it and AirYel? Unlike other reviewers here, I like this app. I have it and AirYell which appears to be the same app as “Yellow Pages” and written by the same company. What gives? Bad app. Beware When I typed in a location and tapped the "get directions" button, it went to my map correctly, but in the "to" catergory there was just a bunch of random numbers and a message popped up that said "location could not be found".
